The United Nations plans to being its next round of negotiations next week aimed at finding an actual end to the almost six years of fighting in Syria. He said the negotiations should start with discussion of the transition.

Assad has previously ruled out that idea.

Those talks are slated to begin February 23.

Disputes over the agenda have helped to torpedo previous rounds of Syria peace talks.

During the meeting with representatives of both delegations in attendance, the two sides exchanged views on the latest developments on Astana talks process and the agenda for the second round of the worldwide meeting aimed at finding a political solution for the Syrian crisis.

Protesters demonstrate over federal Planned Parenthood funding
But Cole Black, who is 45 and from Fuquay-Varina, spoke in favor of the services provided by Planned Parenthood. Reporter Ashley Collins reported live from the scene of a protest against Planned Parenthood in Naples.

The resolution, which was unanimously adopted in December 2015, aims to establish governance and come up with a new constitution.

The Astana initiative has left the West on the sidelines of the latest push to end the war in Syria that has claimed more than 300,000 lives since 2011. The Syrian government has not yet responded to the report on state media. The communique said it should be formed on the basis of mutual consent.

This month, the Syrian regime and opposition groups swapped dozens of women prisoners and hostages, some of them with their children, in Hama province in northwestern Syria. However, Russia, Iran and Turkey agreed that the rebels should take part in UN-led peace talks opening in Geneva on February 20.

The HNC has named a 22-member delegation to the Geneva talks, including representatives of dissident groups that have strongly opposed the armed revolt against Assad.

"We will see the result of this in the coming days because it is important that the government doesn't have the alibi of saying "I don't know who is the opposition".
