Michael Floyd: 5 best fits in NFL free agency

The wide receiver pleaded guilty to extreme DUI and has been sentenced to 120 days in jail.

Floyd's plea satisfies the other six charges against him, including a more serious "super extreme DUI" that could have required more jail time.

A video obtained by TMZ showed police officers trying to awaken Floyd just before 3 a.m.in his vehicle at an intersection while the engine was running. Floyd's BAC at the time of his arrest was.217, almost three times the legal limit in Arizona.

All the other charges against him were dismissed.

The Patriots hold Floyd's rights until March, at which point they can resign him.

New round of talks on Syria conflict on Wednesday
The resolution, which was unanimously adopted in December 2015, aims to establish governance and come up with a new constitution. However, Russia, Iran and Turkey agreed that the rebels should take part in UN-led peace talks opening in Geneva on February 20.

Floyd was arrested in December after being found unconscious at the wheel of his still-running auto near Camelback Road and Goldwater Boulevard. And indeed it is - as is the rest of the night, including footage of Floyd barefoot in a cell, refusing a breathalyzer test and blood sample. Floyd, 27, was found asleep at the wheel of a 2017 Cadillac Escalade.

Michael Floyd's arrest in December resulted in his release from the Cardinals, which resulted in a stint with the Patriots, which resulted in his first Super Bowl ring.

The Patriots claimed Floyd on waivers just three days after he was arrested in Scottsdale, Ariz., and then promptly cut by the Cardinals.

The December incident was Floyd's second DUI arrest during his football career. "Oh well. I'm a champion!"
