Iran President arrives in Islamabad to take part in ECO Summit

He said that Pakistan's strategic location at the crossroads of the Middle East has always been prized for South Asia, Central Asia and its economic potential.

Leaders from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan attended the summit.

The Prime Minister said successful holding of the summit is a manifestation of the desire and commitment of the member states to transform ECO into a vibrant regional block. Erdoğan also met with Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Sunday penalty rates out
