According to Page Six, Johansson filed for divorce from her husband of two years after claiming their marriage is "irretrievably broken".

Dauriac's lawyer, Hal Mayerson, told The Associated Press Wednesday that he and Dauriac were taken aback by the request because he has been the "primary parent" for Rose while Johansson has been involved with her career. "It will be an interesting process", Dauriac's attorney told Page Six.

Johansson and Dauriac married in 2014, shortly after their daughter was born.

Johansson and Dauriac were first linked to each other in 2012.

The couple were pictured at the grand opening of her popcorn store in Paris in December 2016, however in January 2017, USWeekly confirmed that the couple had separated in the summer of 2016. I would implore her to withdraw her action promptly and to go back, as uncomfortable as it might be, to the negotiating table.

Victor Moses extends Chelsea contract to 2021
Cesc Fàbregas is two months shy of his 30th birthday, a milestone in normal life that's often seen as the beginning of the end in professional football.

And now she has released a statement to People magazine, insisting she will not be talking about her divorce, because she doesn't want her two-year-old daughter Rose Dorothy to read anything negative about her parents in the future.

"I would only like to say that I will never, ever be commenting on the dissolution of my marriage", says Johansson.

Scarlett's statement focuses on her daughter and how she will not be speaking publicly about the split.

However, insiders revealed that this became complicated due to the amount that Scarlett travels for work.

Scarlett was previously married to Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds.
