'Bachelor' star called 911 before allegedly fleeing scene

3 Generations Will Be Cut to Secure PG-13 Rating

BUCHANAN COUNTY (KWWL) - UPDATE: Authorities have released the name of the man killed in a crash allegedly involving former Bachelor star Chris Soules. The driver of the tractor died in the crash. It happened in the 1000 block of Slater Avenue, north of Aurora. He was detained later at his home.

In the frantic 911 call, Soules can be heard telling the dispatcher Mosher was in the ditch and needed medical assistance. "Yes, I ran into a guy on a tractor", Soules responds. Soules asked the dispatcher.

The reality star also announced that Mosher was unconscious and seemed to not be breathing. Since the intial report, there have been a slew of fellow "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" contestants commenting on the Soules situation.

"No, I don't", he said.

It wasn't immediately clear if Soules has a defense attorney. Soules said the man had a pulse and had blood coming from his mouth.

"I can feel a pulse", Soules told the operator. "You guys on your way?"

Ramos Vinolas took the first set when he broke the 11th-seeded Frenchman to love, concluding with a smash at the net. He will be among the favorites at the French Open this year, which was the last of his 14 Grand Slam wins in 2014.

"You get tested for everything, it's not just STDs.They know more about you than you know about yourself by the time you go on that show!" he told ET during a Facebook Live interview. The County Attorney said he has not been cooperative with law enforcement. He also said that Kenneth and Chris knew each other because Kenneth was also a farmer and their farmland shared a border. The five-minute call ends at that point. Could he have posted something that showed he was on his phone when he crashed?! It is therefore "virtually impossible" for the local authorities to charge Soules with driving under the influence or the Iowan version of Operating While Intoxicated.

'One of the subjects that was involved just took off northbound in a red Duramax truck. Do you have any available units?

"I don't think anyone would have been bothered to not know of Chris' past arrests". "That's gonna be the subject that took off". Soules apparently fled the scene, leading to his arrest shortly after.

According to court documents, Soules had several run-ins with the law in his early 20s. "Chris hasn't left his house yet", the insider said.

The former "Bachelor" star was arrested Monday night, following a crash that occurred near his home in Buchanan County, Iowa. Soules then asks those at the crash site to help before the operator offers to talk him through it. Once a warrant was obtained, Soules surrendered without incident. The driver of the tractor, Kenneth Mosher, was transported to Mercy Hospital, but has since passed away. "Hopefully, the state and Mr. Mosher's family take swift legal action to force Mr. Soules to face both civil and criminal penalties as a result of his selfish decision".
