Prominent firm to defend 'Bachelor' star in Iowa crash case

Weinstein Co. and MPAA settle ratings dispute

In the emergency phone call, the former The Bachelor star was breathing heavily while speaking to a dispatcher, and he sounded like he was possibly crying.

He allegedly left the scene after the 911 call and was arrested a few hours later, appearing in court on Tuesday. He is accused of not immediately stopping his vehicle at the scene and failing to return and remain at the scene of the crash, according to a police report.

Soules, uninjured, allegedly left the scene of the accident prior to the arrival of law enforcement. Soules' vehicle needed $1,500 in repairs and the victim's auto suffered $2,500 worth of damages.

In the newly released call, obtained by ABC News, Soules breathes heavily as he tries to get help for Kenneth Mosher, the man in the tractor who later died at the hospital after the accident on Monday night.

A second audio clip between the 911 dispatcher and a cop at the scene reveals that the 35-year-old eventually fled in someone's red pickup truck, although they're still trying to confirm that person's identity.

The site reports that Soules is wearing an ankle bracelet these days, as the judge in his case has deemed him to be a flight risk. But moments later, Soules asks, "Can I call you back?" and the recording ends.

And while we understand the reality TV star's desire to disconnect following this awful tragedy, it appears as though Chris wiped his social media presence for legal reasons.

Honeywell International Inc. reiterated as Outperform By RBC Capital Markets
Revenue during the quarter went down marginally by 0.32 percent to $9,492 million from $9,522 million in the previous year period. LLC now owns 942 shares of the conglomerate's stock worth $110,000 after buying an additional 566 shares during the period.

Attorneys for Soules say he did not comprehend the severity of the accident at the time fled fled the scene. Soules could face up to five years in prison if convicted of the felony charge. "They have already filed a demand asking law enforcement to preserve possible evidence and anticipate filing additional motions next week", as Radar reported.

An Iowa State Patrol official told ET that Soules was there at the scene, but when the ambulance personnel showed up, "he just kind of walked away from it and then was picked up north of the scene by some individuals".

Tell us! Do you think Chris Soules will serve jail time because of the fatal hit and run? Soules, who starred in "The Bachelor" and "Dancing with the Stars", has been released on bond pending trial. "Chris has a location-monitoring device on his leg and had to surrender his passport", a source exclusively told Us Weekly, adding that it was because he previously "had plans to leave the country" before the incident.

"Chris Soules was involved in an accident Monday evening (April 24) in a rural part of Iowa near his home".

According to court documents, Soules had several run-ins with the law in his early 20s.

As an Iowa farmer, Mosher had one major priority in his life - his family.
