Jordanian stabs Israeli police officer, shot dead

In an act of unmitigated chutzpah, Jordan on Saturday evening pointed a finger of blame at Israel for shooting dead a Jordanian citizen since the police officer was not seriously wounded, signaling the shooting of the terrorist was unjustified.

The Maan News Agency quoted Israeli Police spokeswoman Luba Samri, stating that the "attacker approached officers and stabbed a one". Closed circuit footage released by police shows a bald man in a jacket lunging at the uniformed officer and swiping a knife at him before pinning him to the ground.

The minister said the Jordanian Foreign Ministry, through the Jordanian embassy in Tel Aviv, is following up on the killing of Jordanian citizen Mohammad Kasji to look into the incident.

The Israeli government called the Jordanian reaction "outrageous".

Arsenal 3/4 to win against Stoke City in Saturday's Premier League clash
Southampton manager Claude Puel , whose side remain 10th, felt his players deserved to take more from the game . Mourinho however said he is does not enjoy seeing the north Londoners fail to win big trophies.

In response, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said in a statement that Israel expected Jordan to condemn the attack. Israel has identified a lot of them as attackers. "Terror is terror wherever it is". Israel has identified majority as attackers.

The attacks have diminished over time and Israeli police say the most recent attacks have not been ideological by nature and have mostly been carried out by Palestinians plagued by personal or mental health issues.

Since October 2015, a number of local and global human rights groups have raised concerns that Israeli security forces have used excessive force when confronting Palestinians who had carried out attacks or been suspected of doing so.

Israel says the Palestinian leadership is inciting the violence.
