Woman accused of trying to run congressman off road

Unhinged Woman Arrested After Following and Threatening GOP Rep. After Tenn. Town Hall

That's when Wright began screaming at them, striking their windows and reaching inside the auto.

She is being charged with a reckless endangerment felony.

Kustoff - one of 217 House Republicans who voted May 4 to dismantle the former president's signature health-care law - held a town hall meeting at the University of Tennessee at Martin on Monday.

According to a release from the police department, those in Kustoff's auto felt threatened by the vehicle behind them and told investigators they believed Wright was trying to force them off the road.

Rep. Kustoff and the aide had just left a town hall on the UT Martin campus, when investigators say Wright followed the vehicle with the congressman and his aide.

She also stood in front of their vehicle, police said, obstructing them from leaving, and left the scene before officers arrived after a 911 call was made.

A woman found herself behind bars after she followed a congressman from an agricultural meeting, according to Weakley County Sheriff's Department.

Manager John Farrell says Price will need at least two minor league starts before he'll be ready to rejoin Boston's rotation. He strained his right calf running to first base three innings into his Opening Day start and has been sidelined since.

However, the 35-year-old was then identified by police when she posted on Facebook about the incident later that night.

The other occupants of the vehicle included the driver and Kustoff's aide, Marianne Dunavant, Sgt. Marty Plunk of the sheriff's department told BuzzFeed News.

"I've been led to believe she was upset over a vote he had cast involving health care", Sgt. Marty Plunk told Buzzfeed.

Wright is free on $1,000 bond and will be arraigned on Monday. Her first court appearance is scheduled for May 15.

We've reached out to his office for comment.

Kustoff said he voted for the bill because the "current health care system is failing Tennesseans".

Kustoff earlier this month voted to repeal and replace Obamacare.
