McDonald's expands delivery partnership with UberEats

Delivery is a tricky proposition for McDonald's.

The fast food chain partnered with UberEATS, an online meal ordering and delivery platform, to make McDonald's lovers' dreams come true. The servicee begins in Chicago, Los Angeles, Columbus, and Phoenix and covers most orders. Among the selections include Tito's, Don Julio, Stella Artois and Dom Perignon. Last year, the Golden Arches garnered almost $1 billion in delivery sales globally, CNBC said.

"With UberEATS, you can get the food you want, where you want it, delivered at Uber speed".

McDonald's has actually experimented with delivery several times in the past, and it's usually only available in major cities through apps like DoorDash and Postmates, but this seems like their first large-scale attempt to streamline the process. "Whether you are at home or at the park, UberEATS has what you're craving ready to be delivered at the tap of a button".

Almost 75 percent of the US population lives within three 3 miles of a McDonald's restaurant, according to the company. "We're getting great reviews (of the food)".

Pique illness leaves Barca short-staffed in defence against Las Palmas
Las Palmas will enter the final round of fixtures next weekend in 14th place, nine points above the relegation zone. Over the course of history we've seen some unusual results in the last few games, and anything can happen".

Delivery has rapidly become the largest single trend in the restaurant industry, as chains race to bring the service to their restaurants around the country. "We're widening the net to be convenient to more people".

This new move, called McDelivery, aims at winning back young customers who are willing to pay for food brought to their doors.

And this is just the beginning, McDonald's added.

The most popular McDonald's orders via UberEats in Florida are geared toward crowds.
