Kanye was supposed to be gifted a very nice bonus after his album, "The Life of Pablo", debuted on Tidal and brought in 1.5 million new subscribers.

Additionally, TMZ's report notes that Kanye hasn't been reimbursed for the release of music videos despite TIDAL claiming Kanye didn't hold up his end of the bargain and deliver the agreed number of videos.

The rapper, 40, is said to be "owed more more than $3 million" from the music streaming site - with his lawyers sending a letter to the company telling them they were 'in breach and the contact was terminated.' . For two weeks, lawyers from both camps tried to sort things out, but two weeks ago, Kanye's lawyers sent another letter, claiming once again that the deal was over.

Tidal claims that Kanye has an exclusive contract with the service and they will sue if he attempts to stream his music with another streaming service.

According to TMZ, who got the low down from sources directly connected to Tidal, Kanye wants out of the company that JAY-Z owns because of a money dispute.

Tidal is understood to have had an exclusive agreement with West and could sue if he joins another service.
