Blac Chyna Reportedly Accuses Rob Kardashian of Domestic Violence in New Legal Documents

Chyna appeared on Good Morning America on Monday prior to her court appearance, where she said she was "devastated" that Kardashian posted private photos of her.

In extracts from the interview, which is set to air on 10 July, Blac Chyna, 29, says of the ordeal according to Page Six: "I was devastated, of course". I felt comfortable, you know, with even sending these pictures and even talking to him about certain things, you know. "I just felt.betrayed". On the allegation that her getting together with him was revenge against this family, Chyna said: " Nobody was out to make a baby out of spite. No. Chyna and Rob's public feud began after she sent him a photo of another man kissing her as part of a post on America's Independence Day holiday.

ABC's Linsey Davis, who conducted the interview, said Chyna told her there is "absolutely no chance" of reconciliation and claimed that Kardashian was physically abusive to her in April. "It's my body", she stated.

He also has to stay away from her.

Outside of court, Chyna's attorney Lisa Bloom said they were granted everything they sought in their petition.

The high-profile attorney also offered an apology in court on Kardashian's behalf for "what has taken place in the past couple of days".

Moving forward, Chyna says she's using her case to hopefully inspire other women to speak up for themselves.

Blac Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against baby daddy Rob Kardashian, RadarOnline.com can exclusively confirm.

Mr Kardashian was not in the court for Monday's hearing. "You know, you're not the only one that's probably going through something", Chyna said.

"That's not even my character", she said.

"Here in California, it's a crime, it's a civil wrong", Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom said of posting explicit images online without the consent of the person in the photo.

Chyna addressed speculation that she got pregnant as a revenge ploy against the Kardashians or to get money out of the reality mogul family, Chyna denied it. After questioning Chyna about "exposing a lot of her life" and where exactly she draws the line, the interview took a turn towards victim blaming and women's rights.
